Zendala Dare #80

Here are my two attempts for Zendala Dare #80. In the first one I used Jean Chaney's Chaz, Paisley Passion by S. Bartholomew, and Cruffle by S. Hunter. In the second zendala I used Purk and Zenplosion Folds.

Diva Challenge with Cruze

This week the Diva's challenge was to use Caren Mlot's great tangle "Cruze." This is one of the new Renaissance tiles; it is tan and I used a brown Micron. I shaded with a white charcoal pencil and the soapstone. This is my first attempt at a tan tile.

Zendala Dare for Rick and Maria

 Erin's Bright Owl Zendala Dare to start off November, the month of the Thanksgiving holiday, is to draw a Zendala in thankful appreciation of Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, the creators of Zentangle. My heart is full of gratitude to Rick and Maria for the gift of Zentangle. I have put the initials "R" and "M" into some of the petal-like shapes on the outside ring in appreciation of these two generous people. Can you see them?
